This is a unique client-side opportunity to play a key role in the commercial success of flagship London assets. You'll be involved from early-stage product strategy through to leasing execution and ongoing asset performance, helping shape exceptional workplaces and mixed-use environments.

  • Lead leasing activity across office, retail and mixed-use assets
  • Oversee leasing transactions from initial negotiations through to completion
  • Influence product design and commercial strategy through occupier insights
  • Manage external leasing agents and professional advisors
