A highly regarded, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Lease Advisory Surveyor to join its growing team focusing on Grade A central London office space. Known for delivering best-in-class advice across commercial property, this business has built its reputation on genuine expertise, strong client relationships and a collaborative, people-first culture. The Role
You will work within an established Lease Advisory team, acting for both landlord and tenant clients on a wide range of instructions. While the primary focus is landlord and tenant advisory work, there will also be valuation exposure as required. As well as servicing existing clients, you will be encouraged and supported to develop new business and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiating rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears across offices, retail and industrial/warehouse sectors
- Acting as Expert Witness in rent review and lease renewal disputes
- Undertaking Red Book and non-Red Book valuations when required
- Building and developing relationships with existing and new clients
- Attending client meetings and collaborating with colleagues across the lease advisory team
- Producing clear, detailed and well-reasoned reports
About You
- MRICS qualified
- Registered Valuer
- Several years’ experience in rent reviews and lease renewals (Central London experience advantageous)
- Strong IT skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Driven, ambitious and career-focused with a proactive, can-do attitude
