My client are a Real Estate Private Equity firm with over £1bn in assets under management, looking to bring in an Analyst / Senior Analyst on their investment team. You will be supporting the origination, execution and asset-level of value-add / opportunistic real estate across Europe. You will get exposure to the full investment lifecycle, working closely with Senior team members and operating partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sourcing and evaluation of new investment opportunities across target sectors
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including acquisition, development and business plan underwriting
- Assist with due diligence processes, coordinating legal, technical, commercial and financial advisors
- Prepare investment committee materials, papers and presentations
- Conduct sector, market and asset-level research to support investment theses
- Track market trends, pricing, capital flows and comparable transactions
This role might suit someone with 1-4 years of experience from a fund, or perhaps an M&A banking team. Unfortunately we are not able to sponsor at this time.
