You’ll join a well-established Development Consultancy team based in London, following a sustained increase in workload across both public and private sector clients. The role offers hands-on involvement across viability, regeneration, feasibility, S106/CIL, development agency and residential valuation work. The team is open on level and can accommodate surveyors from around 18 months’ experience through to established MRICS professionals. You’ll work closely with engaged Directors, gain early responsibility, and develop strong technical and client-facing experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is a role designed to accelerate progression - ideal if you want meaningful client exposure rather than narrow, process-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Working on development consultancy mandates across public and private sectors
- Public sector procurement, compulsory purchase and land assembly advice for town centre and estate regeneration projects
- Supporting work across all stages of the development lifecycle—from strategy and masterplanning to feasibility, funding and delivery
- Running development appraisals and financial modelling
- Providing valuation input where required
- Preparing business cases, fee proposals and tenders
- Assisting with transactions and development agency work
- Regular liaison with clients, planners, architects and wider consultants
Essential Requirements:
- MRICS
- Experience in development, regeneration or property consultancy, gained in private practice, client-side or local authority settings.
- Working knowledge of development appraisal and financial modelling, including Argus and Excel.
- Be a confident communicator with clear, well-structured writing skills
