Our client is looking for an Associate Director or Director to play a pivotal role in the next stage of the business's growth. You'll lead high-profile regeneration, placemaking and masterplanning commissions while building client relationships, winning work and helping shape the future of the company. This is a visible, influential position offering significant autonomy, direct access to senior decision-makers and a clear platform for progression. For the right individual, there is also the potential to participate in growth-related incentive arrangements.

About the Company: An independent regeneration, development and placemaking consultancy working across some of the UK's most ambitious urban projects. Advising both public and private sector clients, the team helps unlock long-term value through regeneration strategy, development delivery, masterplanning and place-led growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regeneration, placemaking and masterplanning commissions across the UK.
  • Develop senior client relationships and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead proposals, presentations, stakeholder engagement activities and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Support the growth of the business while mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading regeneration, placemaking, development consultancy, planning or urban strategy projects.
  • Track record of winning work, developing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong understanding of large-scale regeneration and development delivery, with an established network across the public and/or private sector market.
