We are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team. This role will take ownership of financial reporting across a portfolio of entities, supporting senior finance stakeholders and providing insight to drive business performance.

  • Financial Reporting & Business Partnering
  • Act as a key finance contact for internal stakeholders
  • Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making
  • Provide variance analysis against budget and prior performance
  • Prepare and distribute management reporting packs
  • Wider Finance Responsibilities
  • Support audits and year-end reporting requirements

Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA with 1+ years PQE

Strong accounting background (real estate experience beneficial but not essential)

Experience across financial reporting, AP/AR, and balance sheet management

Advanced Excel skills; Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset

Ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
