The Role
- Managing planning applications and appeals from inception to determination.
- Preparing planning statements, site appraisals and supporting reports.
- Providing strategic planning advice to a broad client base.
- Liaising with local authorities, consultants and stakeholders.
- Supporting business development and client relationship management.
- Contributing to the successful delivery of a wide range of planning projects.
About You
Town Planner
- Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- MRTPI qualified or working towards chartership.
- Previous experience within a planning consultancy, local authority or developer environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Senior Town Planner
- MRTPI qualified.
- Demonstrable experience leading planning projects.
- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members.
