A significant Property Company is seeking an experienced property leader to head its Asset Management and Commercial Property function. This is a high-profile role responsible for shaping and delivering the organisation's strategic asset management, investment and commercial property agenda. The successful candidate will oversee a substantial and diverse property portfolio, driving income growth, capital receipts, portfolio optimisation and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and delivery of the strategic asset management plan.
