The role/responsibilities As Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of 122 residential properties, acting as a key contact for clients, tenants and contractors.
Acting as a key contact for clients, tenants and contractors.* Carrying out property inspections and overseeing repair schedules and contractor instructions.* Managing tenancies and lettings, including quotations for more complex works.* Managing estate budgets and cashflows.* Advising clients on legislative and policy developments and incorporating these into estate strategy.* Supporting the management and development of other property managers.
The skills needed/requirements The successful Property Manager will need:* ARLA or MRICS qualification.* Strong working knowledge of residential property and portfolio management.* Working knowledge of residential lettings, tenancies, inspections and rent reviews.* Experience developing relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.* Working knowledge of estate budgets, cashflows and arrears management.* The ability to advise clients on property management matters and translate requirements into practical action.
