We are currently working closely with a highly revered planning consultancy in London that is eager to welcome a talented Assistant Town Planner or Town Planner to their team.
You could put your stamp on some of the most exciting projects in town and liaise with blue chip clients, whilst representing a highly regarded name in the industry. Our client has an enviable roster of clients and a track record for being first-choice to consult on landmark projects in London, across the residential, mixed use and commercial sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of projects.
- Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
- Preparing planning applications and documents.
- Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.
What We're Looking For:
- An Assistant Town Planner or Town Planner with a Masters in Town Planning or a related field (ideally RTPI accredited) and having made a start on RTPI APC.
- At least 18 months experience in a town planning role.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
- Confidence in a client facing role.
