Key Responsibilities
- Deliver bespoke rates appeal and mitigation advice to investor and occupier clients.
- Manage your own client base and caseload, taking on increasing responsibility as you progress.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Provide rating advice to developer and landlord clients across all stages of the development cycle.
- Assist with the preparation of Valuation Tribunal documentation and casework.
- Collaborate with colleagues across complementary service lines to maximise opportunities.
