With a prime West End location and a blend of luxury office, retail, entertainment, and hospitality tenants, this asset is more than just a building, representing a vibrant community.

As Building Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day–to–day performance, safety, and presentation of this multi–use site. • Approving RAMS, quotes, and invoices while maintaining service quality
  • Coordinating maintenance, cleaning, security, and specialist contractors across the building
