You will join an established Building Consultancy team of eight, forming part of a wider 27-person commercial property office in Bristol. Working closely with experienced Associates and Partners, you'll receive the support, mentoring and technical exposure needed to accelerate your professional development and progress towards Chartership.
The team works across a diverse portfolio of clients, including blue-chip organisations, private investors, public sector bodies and rural estates, meaning you'll enjoy a varied workload that will continually broaden your technical knowledge and commercial understanding.
- Carrying out commercial and residential building surveys.
- Contract administration and project management on refurbishment, conversion and new-build projects.
