The Opportunity You'll join an established Building Consultancy team of eight, forming part of a wider 27-person commercial property office in Bristol.
Working closely with experienced Associates and Partners, you'll receive the support, mentoring and technical exposure needed to accelerate your professional development and progress towards Chartership.
The team works across a diverse portfolio of clients, including blue-chip organisations, private investors, public sector bodies and rural estates, meaning you'll enjoy a varied workload that will continually broaden your technical knowledge and commercial understanding.
Carrying out commercial and residential building surveys.
Contract administration and project management on refurbishment, conversion and new-build projects.
Building strong relationships with clients while supporting the continued growth of the Building Consultancy team.
Collaborating with colleagues across planning, rural, commercial and wider property disciplines.
About You We're looking for someone who is ambitious, eager to develop and enjoys working across a varied property portfolio.
A Building Surveying degree.
Commercial Building Surveying experience gained within a consultancy environment. A full UK driving licence.
Experienced graduates approaching APC are encouraged to apply.
