Cobalt have partnered with a UK provider of professionally managed rented homes, and we’re seeking a confident, people-focused Resident Services Associate (RSA) to join the Front of House team. About the Role
As a Resident Services Associate, you’ll be the welcoming face of the residential communities ensuring residents feel supported, valued, and happy in their homes. You’ll help deliver a smooth, high-quality rental experience while enhancing the overall living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the resident journey.
- Enhance resident satisfaction and support the organisation in being a landlord of choice.
