Overview

You will collaborate with client advisors to provide seamless end-to-end services and own the day-to-day performance of a portfolio. You’ll drive cost-effective management, spot opportunities to add value, and deliver timely, insightful reporting. This position suits a commercially minded Estates Manager who thrives on complex, high-value instructions and client relationship excellence.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships and work with client advisors to deliver high-quality service
- Take ownership of daily operational performance across a portfolio of sites
- Drive efficient and value-add property portfolio management
- Provide thorough, accurate, proactive advice leveraging wider team expertise
- Maintain regular client contact and deliver clear reporting
