The organisation is partnering with a leading property management business to appoint a Senior Leasing Executive for one of Birmingham's most high profile Build to Rent developments. The role involves working closely with the General Manager and Leasing Portfolio Manager to lead onsite leasing activity and shape strategy. The Senior Leasing Executive will oversee day-to-day lettings operations while contributing to pricing, reporting and client presentations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the onsite leasing function and supporting team performance.
- Coordinating marketing activity across digital platforms.
- Conducting viewings and negotiating rental offers.
- Appraising apartments and advising on rental values.
- Analysing local market data and supporting rent strategy.
- Managing renewals and negotiation processes.
- Overseeing compliance, applicant vetting and documentation.
