I'm working with a leading global investment fund, where an opportunity has arisen for a candidate to join the Real Estate Portfolio Monitoring team at Associate level. This role will sit within the Real Estate Asset Management function, focusing on operational execution and reporting across asset management activities.
Duties:
- Reporting of portfolio data for the European real estate portfolio, including data collection, entry, and maintenance
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and coordinating the strategic asset planning process for the European portfolio
- Conducting deal and portfolio analysis, providing insight into investment performance, market values, and property-level operating metrics
- Assisting with broader asset management activities
- Support policy/compliance processes, including administration, improvements, and implementation
We are looking for:
- Strong real estate knowledge across direct, indirect, and debt investments
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Macros, VBA, and visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
