Our client is a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property consultancy with offices throughout the UK. With a reputation for delivering expert advice across building consultancy, planning, residential and commercial services, they pride themselves on their collaborative culture and people-first ethos.
They are now seeking a talented Associate Partner/Lease Advisory Surveyor to join their established team. This hybrid role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of landlord and tenant instructions, supporting a variety of clients across the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations for rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears across office, retail and industrial sectors
- Act as Expert Witness in lease-related disputes and proceedings
- Conduct red book and non-red book valuations where required
- Maintain and grow client relationships, proactively seeking new business opportunities
- Attend client meetings and contribute to wider team discussions
- Produce clear and detailed written reports and recommendations
- Support the wider growth and development goals of the lease advisory team
Key Requirements
- MRICS qualified with strong post-qualification experience in lease advisory
- Proven track record of managing rent reviews and lease renewals (Central London experience advantageous)
- High level of IT literacy and report writing capability
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive, driven and commercially minded
- Ambitious with a strong desire for career progression
