A leading property management firm specialising in high-end residential developments is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join its growing London team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of exceptional service standards across a prestigious portfolio, working alongside Senior Property Managers to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

The Role:
The Assistant Property Manager will play a key role in ensuring developments are maintained and managed to the highest standards. You will assist with day-to-day operations, resident engagement, compliance, and financial administration all while helping to uphold the firm’s reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance requests and track progress through to completion.
- Liaise with trusted contractors to ensure works are delivered promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, warranties, and compliance documents.
Client & Resident Service
- Act as a professional, courteous first point of contact for residents and leaseholders.
- Support Senior Property Managers in client reporting and board meeting preparation.
- Ensure that all interactions reflect a commitment to quality, care, and attention to detail.
Compliance & Administration
- Assist with pre-sale enquiries, major works consultations (Section 20), and AGM documentation.
- Stay informed on relevant industry codes and best practice standards.
Financial Support
- Process invoices and assist with service charge and budget-related queries.
- Contribute to supplier reviews and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
About You:
- Experience in property or estate management (block management experience advantageous).
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g. Qube or Dwellant).
- A proactive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
- IRPM qualification or willingness to work towards one.
