This is an excellent opportunity for an Asset Manager looking to join a supportive team and play a key role in driving asset performance.
The role As Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of a commercial property portfolio, working closely with internal teams and external advisers.
Key responsibilities include:* Managing lease events including rent reviews, renewals and break options.* Overseeing the marketing and letting of vacant properties.* Coordinating refurbishment projects and dilapidations.* Supporting acquisitions through inspections and due diligence.* Maintaining accurate property information within the management system.* Preparing reports and recommendations to support asset management decisions.
Skills and experience:* Working knowledge of commercial asset management or a related property discipline.* Strong negotiation and communication skills.* Experience managing landlord and tenant matters.* Working knowledge of lease events and commercial property legislation.* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
