Cobalt are delighted to be partnering with a market leading Pan European Investment and Development Real Estate company, on their search for an Asset Manager in the Industrial and Logistics sector.
You will manage a portfolio of multi-let industrial estates across the Midlands and South of England, driving value through proactive asset management strategies, lease events, refurbishments, tenant negotiations, and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- MRICS qualification (preferred) with 3+ years PQE
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- Experience with fund reporting, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- A motivated, detail-focused team player
- Experience in the Industrial and Logistics sector
- Valid UK driving license
This is an exciting opportunity to join a trusted, growing real estate brand and deliver real impact with someone who has millions of AUM and square footage, that are actively transacting globally.
Salary £65,000 – £80,000 + discretionary bonus.
