Asset Manager

Cobalt are delighted to be partnering once again with a highly successful Pan-European boutique real estate investment management firm with billions of AUM, specialising across both commercial and residential property sectors. With a strong track record and an expanding portfolio driven by ongoing acquisitions, the business continues to grow at pace.

As part of this growth, they are looking to hire an Asset Manager to join their London-based team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver value-add asset management initiatives
• Lead on leasing activity, rent reviews, and regears
• Assist with and oversee CAPEX refurbishment projects
• Work closely with property managers to ensure assets are well maintained and compliant
• Engage directly with tenants and stakeholders
• Collaborate with investment and acquisitions teams on portfolio growth

About You

• Circa 5 – 6 years’ experience in commercial asset management
• Strong commercial property experience (residential exposure beneficial)
• Confident working in a hands‑on, fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• MRICS desirable but not essential

🏢 Working Pattern: 5 days per week in the office

💰 Salary: DOE + discretionary bonus
