An entrepreneurial real estate advisory firm based in Central London is seeking to appoint an Equity Partner to lead and grow its Industrial Agency platform. The firm has built a strong reputation advising private investors, family offices and UHNW clients, and is now looking for a senior industrial agent to take ownership of a predominantly leasing and disposals-led business, with additional exposure to occupier advisory and selective acquisitions.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a true ownership role within a lean, high-performing business — offering equity participation, full deal autonomy and direct access to private capital.
The Role:
You will lead the firm’s industrial agency activity, with a focus on leasing mandates and disposal instructions, while supporting clients across the wider lifecycle of their assets. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading leasing campaigns and advising on asset positioning across industrial and logistics stock
- Driving disposals of industrial assets for private capital clients
- Advising occupiers on acquisitions, relocations and lease events
- Originating off-market opportunities, with occasional involvement in acquisitions
- Building and managing relationships with family offices, UHNW investors and private capital
- Developing a strong pipeline of instructions and growing a personal client base
This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role with the opportunity to shape the industrial offering and build a team over time.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong track record in industrial leasing and disposals
- Experience working with private capital / investors
- Ability to originate instructions and lead deals end-to-end
- Comfortable across landlord and occupier mandates
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a platform
This role is ideal for someone seeking true equity, autonomy and long-term upside, within a business that values commerciality and execution.
