Job Title – Senior Project Planner Location – Manchester Salary – Up to £90,000 plus package Cobalt are working with Tier one contractor that have an opportunity for a Senior Planner to play a pivotal role in delivering world-class construction projects. As a Senior Planner, you will support our management team with the planning and programming of design, procurement, and construction activities. You\’ll lead programme and planning management during preconstruction and construction phases, ensuring seamless execution and reporting on progress and performance. Responsibilities Provide regular programme updates to the Regional Planner, ensuring alignment and accuracy on a weekly and monthly basis. Conduct professional development plans (PDPs) with assistant planners, driving their growth and performance. Lead and coordinate planning and programme management tasks in both preconstruction and site phases. Assess programme and contract entitlements, working closely with the management team to coordinate outputs.
