Job Title - Senior Planner / Planning Manager (Major Project Frameworks) Location: London Salary - Up to £115k plus bonus and an excellent benefits package Overall Purpose of the Role Based from the central London office, the Senior Planner / Planning Manager will work across multiple projects and sites throughout London and the Thames Valley. Working across both Pre-Construction and Construction Delivery, you will provide planning and programming expertise across projects at tender, PCSA and live delivery stages, typically ranging from £5m to £250m+. The role will involve working across a mixture of individual projects and framework environments, supporting multiple concurrent schemes and workstreams. Previous experience operating within a main contractor framework or programme of works would therefore be highly advantageous. Projects span a range of sectors including: Health Science Residential Commercial Education Custodial / Secure Environments You will form part of an established Planning Department and work closely with project teams, commercial teams, design teams and supply-chain partners to ensure programmes are robust, achievable and effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
