Cobalt is partnering with a forward thinking local authority that has a blossoming investment property portfolio. Within this 12 month fixed term contract, you\’ll take the ownership of a portfolio of three BTR developments in the local area to manage all aspects of common services including maintenance and compliance, as well as supporting the FM across a mixed-use portfolio across the borough. Our client is forward-thinking and innovative, with a big commitment to providing sustainable FM services across cutting-edge new build properties across the commercial, residential, and leisure sectors. Proactive and keen to further develop/redevelop their existing assets where possible, this role will see you supported by an extensive further team as you deliver top-tier total FM solutions to rival the private sector. Reporting directly into the Head of Property, your key responsibilities will include: Oversee fire safety measures for residential buildings, ensuring compliance with the Fire Safety Act, the Fire Regulatory Order 2005, and all statutory regulations. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to meet statutory requirements, adopt health and safety best practices, and ensure compliance with PPM schedules. Deliver reactive repairs and maintain high standards of property presentation and customer service, particularly at the Council Civic Office.
