Cobalt is working alongside a prominent Managing Agent as they are looking to grow their team through the recruitment of a Regional Facilities Manager for their Central London portfolio. This role will see you managing a portfolio of circa 15 properties, whilst acting on behalf of a number of key clients. Our client is a market-leading property brand that have a worldwide presence and are notably increasing their portfolio size in the UK by taking on key new instructions. They boast a phenomenal track record of promotions within their company, whilst delivering hands-on training to support the personal development of their staff to ensure they are equipped with the right skills to deliver a first-class FM service. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Setting, managing, and reconciling the service charge budget for the portfolio. Overseeing and managing contractors for both hard and soft services to ensure their work is completed in line with set KPI’s. Building a good rapport with occupiers within the portfolio as well as the client to ensure the effective delivery of FM services. Ensuring compliance across the portfolio with legal and statutory requirements. Conducting regular inspections of the sites within the portfolio to ensure they are free of defects, whilst instructing repairs where necessary.
