Lettings Admin – Build to Rent Salary: Up to £27,000 Location: Wembley ? Currently working in lettings or BTR leasing and have the desire to work for a market leading property business? Look no further! I am working closely with a highly regarded BTR provider, who are looking to hire a Lettings Admin as a result of their expanding portfolio. You will assist the Leasing Manager in all matters relating to the lease up of a brand new site, with the view to then help maintain occupancy levels and cover the leasing for the growing portfolio in Wembley. ? Responsibilities: Responsible for helping with the lease up of all sites situated in Wembley. Work closely with the Operations team, including Property Managers and Property Services teams in delivering the company\’s objectives. Assist in developing and carrying out all lead generation duties. Have a wider commercial view on your specific site and that of the company\’s business.
