The practice advises a varied client base across offices, industrial property, retail and specialist operational assets. Its multidisciplinary structure also provides exposure to complementary services, including capital allowances, VAT and transfer pricing. The role and responsibilities You will: Manage a varied business rates caseload covering different property types and valuation methods. Prepare and submit Checks and Challenges under the English business rates framework. Review assessments and identify opportunities for appeals, reliefs and liability savings. Undertake property inspections and gather relevant valuation evidence. Prepare clear, well-supported reports and Challenge submissions. Negotiate with the Valuation Office Agency.
