Job Description
An exciting opportunity for a Planner/Senior Planner to join a growing planning consultancy and contribute to a diverse portfolio of high-profile projects across the UK. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team with clear pathways for career development working on impactful projects from day one – from urban extensions to city-centre regeneration, residential, commercial and major renewables – and be a key voice in client strategy, planning submissions, and project leadership.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading planning applications, appeals & local plan promotions
- Advising on major residential, mixed-use schemes and brownfield urban schemes
- Building trusted client relationships
- Bringing fresh ideas to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' planning experience, ideally MRTPI
- Strong planning knowledge and a knack for strategy
- Confident communicator with a proactive, ambitious mindset
- Passion for shaping sustainable places
