We’re expanding our high-performing Business Support desk at Cobalt, and we’re looking for an ambitious, outgoing recruiter to join the team.
This is a warm, fast-paced desk with live roles, long-standing clients, and massive room to grow. You’ll recruit across perm and temp roles, covering clients nationwide across the UK, with opportunities across a broad range of sectors and industries.

What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of Business Support recruitment experience (real estate background not essential)
- Confident placing roles like PAs, EAs, Office Managers, Assistants, and Team Coordinators
- Experience running a fast-paced desk with temp and perm placements
- Tenacious and relationship-led, you’ll mix warm clients with new business
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative, ambitious team
