About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Resident Services Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential properties in Surrey. This is a hands-on role where you'll act as the face of the development, supporting residents, managing tenancies, and ensuring the estate is maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for residents, providing exceptional service and communication.
- Managing tenancy processes including viewings, check-ins, inspections, and check-outs.
- Coordinating planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitoring compliance, health & safety, and property standards across the development.
