An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Land Associate / Acquisitions & Development Associate to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team at the forefront of shaping London’s residential landscape. This role offers the chance to lead on acquisitions and steer projects from initial deal sourcing through to disposal—leaving your mark on high-impact developments across Zones 1, 2 and 3.

- Appraise deals with precision, quoting residual land values, build costs, GDV, and risk assessments.
- Drive planning progress in collaboration with consultants, architects, and local authorities.
- Oversee refurbishment projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance targets are met.
- Develop and implement tailored exit strategies to maximise returns—whether through sales or lettings.
Who You Are:
- A commercially minded self-starter with at least 3 years of residential development and acquisition experience in acquiring sites in Central London.
