I am seeking an Investment Associate to work for a leading Investment Agency team based in London. This role will cover acquisitions and sales for a national portfolio of varying commercial assets, supporting private equity, investment management, and development clients across the UK.
We are seeking an individual with proven commercial investment experience likely within an institutional setting. We are able to consider investment applicants from a wide variety of commercial sectors, provided you have demonstrable national coverage.
This candidate will need to have elite deal acumen, but also very strong numerical and due diligence skills to provide precise reporting.
The key duties will include:
- Supporting investments and sales across various commercial sectors nationally
- Working with a wide variety of lot sizes from £10m single sales to £200m plus portfolios.
- Enjoying excellent autonomy, but also able to provide clear support to the leadership
