I am partnered with a leading European Investment Management firm, who are seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to focus on Hotels/Hospitality. This is a lean and agile team, but with an incredible name and brand in the market. They are seeking an individual at Analyst or Senior Analyst level, to work in their dynamic team. The role will have a predominant asset management/value add focus, but you will also collaborate with the investment team.
The duties will include:
- Working directly with the senior team, producing detailed analysis using Excel on the value enhancement of hospitality assets
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of the asset, with unparalleled exposure to the full investment process
- Working closely with various teams, including Investment to ensure asset management plans are sound
- Assisting with the preparation of investor reporting/presentations and handling investor queries
The ideal candidate will likely possess:
