I am partnered with a leading European Investment Management firm, who are seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to focus on Hotels/Hospitality. This is a lean and agile team, but with an incredible name and brand in the market.
The role will have a predominant asset management/value add focus, but you will also collaborate with the investment team. The duties will include:
- Working directly with the senior team, producing detailed analysis using Excel on the value enhancement of hospitality assets
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of the asset, with unparalleled exposure to the full investment process
- Working closely with various teams, including Investment to ensure asset management plans are sound
- Assisting with the preparation of investor reporting/presentations and handling investor queries
The ideal candidate will likely possess:
