Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be apart of a consistently top performing team. You’ll play a vital role in sourcing top talent, providing consultative advice, and managing relationships with key industry candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and our internal database to identify and attract high-quality candidates in the Real Estate sector.
• Consultative Support: Provide guidance to candidates throughout their job search, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and liaise with candidates and clients to schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless process for all parties involved.
• Screening and Qualifying: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and alignment with client needs.
• Lead Generation: Generate leads through candidate interactions and industry insights, contributing to our business development efforts.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted point of contact.
