Fund Controller - Cobalt Recruitment

Cobalt is exclusively supporting a fantastic real estate investment firm in their search for an interim Fund Controller to lead their team at a very exciting time.

Our client is a real estate specialist with a passion for technology. They have industry leading tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Anaplan at their disposal and have created a robust, data-driven reporting framework to provide their LP's with real-time and accurate performance analysis.

Key responsibilities:

• Fund Accounting oversight
• Accounting for new transactions, dealing with SPA and NAV adjustments
• Year-end accounting for funds, reviewing the quarterly and year-end accounts
• Managing 3rd party service providers
• Preparing cash forecasting, managing capital calls and distributions

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
• Real Estate industry experience
• Real Estate fund Accounting experience is essential
