As a Director, you will be a key part of the senior management, overseeing a medium sized team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities by leveraging both new and existing contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the local property market.
- Support senior leadership through mentoring colleagues and ensuring consistent, high-quality reporting standards.
- Deliver comprehensive property valuations for purposes including loan security, financial reporting, and asset management.
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients, ensuring professional and accurate delivery of valuation advice.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a national network of experts.
- Continuously seek improvements in team practices and client service delivery.
- Solid understanding of commercial property valuation, ideally with experience in loan security and balance sheet reporting.
