As a Senior or Associate Town Planner, you could progress towards a leadership position by fostering a rich client base of your own with the guidance of supportive and seasoned Directors, managing growing project pipelines across the UK. Naturally, the team will pivot their sector focus to suit the demands of the market so you could enjoy consulting on a wide variety of projects whilst gaining valuable experience in hot sectors. Responsibilities

  • Assisting senior colleagues on a diverse range of major projects.
  • Conducting research and analysis to support planning proposals.
  • Preparing planning applications and documents.
  • Engaging with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities.
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Planner ready to progress to Senior Town Planner, Senior Town Planner or Associate Planner.
  • At least 4 years professional town planning experience.
  • Experience managing the planning application process of major projects.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to contribute to the success of projects and the team.
  • Confidence in a client facing role.
