The role will include: Developing planning and consenting strategies for major infrastructure projects Preparing and supporting planning and consent applications, including DCOs, TWAOs, Section 36 and TCPA applications Coordinating with multidisciplinary project teams, clients, statutory consultees and regulatory bodies Supporting public consultation and stakeholder engagement Preparing planning reports, consent documentation and examination materials Identifying planning risks, constraints and opportunities Supporting project management and programme delivery Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development What we’re looking for: This opportunity could suit either a Planner with around 2–3 years’ experience or a Senior Planner with 4+ years’ experience.

You could currently be working within a planning consultancy, local authority or related environment and should have a solid understanding of the UK planning system and Town and Country Planning Act.

Experience within infrastructure, transport, energy, electricity transmission or renewable energy would be particularly valuable, although candidates looking to develop their infrastructure experience are also encouraged to apply.
