With the support of a well-established and collaborative team based in central London, you would have the opportunity to manage a variety of major projects across the residential and commercial sector, from high profile projects in the RBKC to the latest data centre sites in the UK.
You could advise a highly diversified pool of clients, from high-net worth individuals to blue-chip developers to foster a rich client base of your own, as you progress towards a senior position.
Our client regularly reviews performance and is keen to promote and reward their team for collective and individual success.
A healthy compensation package is available, including a discretionary performance related bonus and enviable benefits.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to
- Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.

- Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
- Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.
Ideally, you should possess
- Minimum 18 months of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).

- Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
In return for your dedication, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package, ongoing training, and the opportunity to be part of an exceptional team and company that fosters career progression.
