Senior Town Planner in London with residential sector experience, seeking opportunity in a slow market?

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Managing major projects and overseeing smaller development management processes, and assisting senior colleagues on more major developments.
Cultivating and maintaining client relationships by offering precise advice and effective communication on a regular basis.
Managing pre-application tasks and guiding planning applications through the development cycle.
Writing representations to local authorities for potential site promotions.
Ideally, you should possess: Minimum 4 years of professional planning experience within consultancy, developer or local planning authority (LPA).
A strong skill set and expertise in development management.
MRTPI Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
