The role

As a Resident Services Associate, you'll play a central role in creating an exceptional experience for every resident.

From welcoming new residents to supporting the day-to-day operation of the building, you'll ensure every interaction reflects the high standards our client is known for.

Key responsibilities include

  • Delivering a welcoming front of house experience.
  • Supporting resident move-ins, move-outs and property inspections.
  • Responding to resident enquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Managing amenity bookings, parcel handling and daily administration.
  • Supporting the lettings process and resident onboarding.
  • Coordinating contractors and helping maintain outstanding building standards.
  • Assisting with resident events that help build a strong community.
  • Maintaining accurate records and operational documentation.

We're looking for someone who has

  • Working knowledge gained within hospitality, travel, residential property or another customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors.
  • A flexible approach and a willingness to support the wider team.
  • Good IT and administrative skills.
