The role

As a Resident Services Associate, you play a key role in the front-of-house team, acting as a consistent point of contact for residents and visitors.

The Resident Services Associate supports the smooth day-to-day operation of the building while helping to create a welcoming and well-managed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering a high standard of resident service across all touchpoints.
  • Acting as a visible front-of-house presence, including meet and greet, reception and parcel handling.
  • Supporting resident engagement and community initiatives.
  • Managing amenity spaces and supporting day-to-day building operations.
  • Assisting with inspections, lettings viewings and ad-hoc operational tasks.
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Supporting tenancy, income and unit management activities where required.
  • Maintaining awareness of health and safety requirements on site and following agreed procedures.

This role requires availability for 1 in 5 Saturdays, planned in advance and shared across the team.

Skills and qualifications

This role is particularly well suited to candidates from hospitality or other high-touch customer service environments, where delivering a consistently high standard of service is central.
