Due to continued growth, they're looking to welcome a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to their collaborative and ambitious team.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing and managing planning applications and supporting documentation.
- Producing planning strategies, site appraisals and development feasibility reports.
- Researching planning policy and monitoring legislative updates.
- Preparing planning statements and supporting appeals.
- Engaging with clients, local authorities and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Attending site visits and client meetings across a varied project portfolio.
What we're looking for
- MRTPI Chartered Planner (or working towards chartership).
- RTPI-accredited degree in Town Planning or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- A proactive, organised individual who enjoys solving complex planning challenges.
