We're looking for a proactive, customer-focused Property Operations Coordinator to join the team at a prestigious residential estate in Central London. This is a unique hybrid role that combines hands-on maintenance with exceptional resident service. You'll be the first point of contact for residents, oversee day-to-day estate operations, coordinate contractors and carry out minor maintenance works, helping to ensure the estate remains safe, compliant and presented to the highest standards. What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and visitors.
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day maintenance enquiries.
- Carry out minor repairs, decorating and general maintenance across the estate.
- Coordinate contractors and monitor the quality and completion of works.
- Undertake regular inspections of communal areas, vacant properties and estate grounds.
- Conduct routine health and safety checks.
