About the business

I am partnered with a superb West End Property Company, in their search for an Asset Manager at Managing Director.

The role will focus on prime offices, life sciences, industrial and more.

You will work in partnership with the in-house development team, optimising value across a range of assets.

A key feature of this role is also the ability to win business and generate new income opportunities for the asset management function.

This is a business I have partnered with for a number of years and placed a number of individuals within.

It’s forward-thinking and entrepreneurial environment, ideal for a like-minded candidate.

The key duties will involve

  • Value add asset management include refurbishments, lease regears, negotiations, repositioning, and more
  • Originating new business and fee opportunities across the Asset Management space.
  • Communicating business plans to the investment committee
  • Working with the Analyst to appraise the performance of assets throughout the value add process
  • Placemaking and leasing across a range of asset types
  • Partnering closely with the development team
  • Implementing ESG strategies across the portfolio

The successful candidate will possess

  • Established Asset Management experience in at least one of their target sectors (offices, life-science, industrial)
  • Very well connected, able to pursue and win new business
