This role is ideally suited to an entrepreneurial banker who wants to play a hands‑on role in building a digital infrastructure franchise within a successful investment bank, while gaining significant responsibility and deal leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute mid‑market sell‑side M&A transactions within digital infrastructure across EMEA and select global markets.
  • Take a hands‑on role across the full deal lifecycle, including origination support, pitching, financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution.
  • Work closely with senior leadership in a lean, entrepreneurial team environment, with broader execution support as required.
  • Contribute to the build‑out and strategic direction of a growing digital infrastructure franchise, with scope to expand into related subsectors over time.
  • Engage directly with infrastructure funds, institutional investors and strategic buyers.
  • Join a team with a very active and growing pipeline of live and near‑term transactions.

Qualifications

  • Currently operating at Senior Associate or Junior Vice President level.
  • Strong mid‑market M&A experience, with preference for candidates from mid‑market platforms.
  • Backgrounds may include infrastructure, digital infrastructure, real assets or real estate M&A/advisory teams.
